HOW TO BUY

Rights
All of our images are rights protected and watermarked. Licenses will generally be granted for positive editorial use only. Special clearance may be required to use photos for advertising and promotional purposes.

Search Assistance
We’re always happy to search the catalogue for you. We do hold thousands more images than are currently available in the online catalogue, so don’t hesitate to contact us for unusual subjects you can’t easily find online or creative responses to your brief. A small fee may apply, depending on your requirements.

Identifying Images
Every photo has a unique 6-digit reference number appearing with it.

Layouts
Low resolution images (72dpi) are free to use for layout and presentation purposes. Simply save the images you want in your lightbox, and email them to yourself, a colleague, or client.

Obtaining High Resolution Images
Please contact us to request 300dpi images, specifying whether you prefer to receive them by email or on CD. Charges may apply.

Publication Fees and Permission
Prices follow the guidelines of the British Association of Picture Libraries and Agencies, but of course are negotiable. We’ll ask you to tell us:
•  Type of publication
•  Where in the publication
•  Size of usage
•  Territory rights required
•  Print run

By registering with us you are agreeing to the British Association of Picture Libraries and Agencies’ standard terms and conditions so please be sure to read them carefully.

Commissions
If there’s a particular photo that you would like but are unable to find, please contact us. It’s highly likely that we’ll be able to help you. Daily rates vary depending on your requirements but are extremely competitive. Commissions for major projects are undertaken.
